1868.

News by mail and telegraph ; full Mar

respondence of the Daily Republican
Miscellany, Poetry, etc., etc.
It is furnished to subscribers at the
very low price of Two Dollars a year,
or to clubs of ten, or more, One Dollar

EJgelietd Court House, iu the county of Edgefield
and State of South Carolina, on the first Monday
in January next, all the right, title and interest of
Francis Murray, Bankrupt, in the following
property, to-wit:
All that tract of Land beiug in the county and
State aforesaid, on Big Horse Creek, waters of
the Savannah river, containing 2,080 acres, more
or less, and bounded on the west by lands now
or formerly belonging to Wm. Gregg, on the
northeast by landsnow or formerly Lewis Eteey'a,
on the cast by lands now or formerly Mat May’s
and E Posey’s, on the southeast by land now or
formerly G, Rozier’s and Mrs. R. Swearingin’s, on
the south by lands now or formerly Wm. Riggs’
and J. Hatcher s. Also, all the right, title and
interest of said Bankrupt in that other tract of
Land lying in the county and State afore
said, near the Graniteville depot, on the South
Carolina railroad, containing one and acres,
more or less, and bounded on the west by land
now or formerly William Morris’, on the south
and east by land now or formerly Michael
O Brien’s, on the north by the South Carolina
Railroad. The aforesaid tracts of Land being the
same conveyed to said Francis Murray by Lucius
L. Hull, by deed dated the 27th day of November,
1866. Also, a lease hold interest iu four acres of
land adjoining Kaliuia Mills, upon which there is
a wooden house, containing seven rooms. Also,
two small carts.
The interest of said Francis Murray, in the
aforementioned property to be sold free from the
encumbrance of any lien, held by any creditors of

all lie in ono body on the Flint River, six miles
North of Montazuuia, and contains in the aggre

be excepted, and the metes and bounds thereof

Robert C. Easteiling, beiug for the purchase
money of said tract of land, except snch portion
of said land as claimed by defendant as exempt
from levy and sale; said land being now in pos

Market House, in the city of Augusta, between
the legal hours of sale, those Three Lots of Land,
in said county, known as lots Nos. 1, 2 and 3, on
apian of lots drawn by Edwin V. Sharpe, and
copied in a deed of said lots by John Brandon to
Henry T. Nelson. The said lot, No. 3, fronting
on the Summerville Plank Road, or Graded
Road, uow called the Augusta Avenue, seventy
live feet, and situate one hundred and forty feet
from Liberty street, and cast thereof, and run
ning back of, even with, one hundred and sev

northern boundary lino of said lot, No. 1, being
the southern boundary line of said lots, Nos. 3
and 4, and the three lots having been conveyed
to said Nelson by and from John Brandon, re
corded in the Clerk’s office of this county in book

foreclosure of mortgage, issued from the Superior
