I lluu. A. G. Foster, Register in Bankruptcy,
will be sold between the legal hours of sale, at
E .Igeliet.d Court House, in the county of Edgefield
and State of South Carolina, ou the Hist Monday
in January next, all the right, title and interest of
Francis Murray, Bankrupt, in the following
property, to-wit:
All that tract of Land being in the county and
State aforesaid, on Big Horse Creek, waters of
the Savannah river, containing 2,080 acres, more
or leas, and bounded on the west by lands now
or formerly belonging to Wm. Gregg, on the
northeast by lands now or formerly Lewie Elzey's,
on the east by lauds now or formerly Slat May's
and E. Posey’s, on the southeast by laud now or
formerly G. Rozier's mid Mrs. R. Swearingin's, on
the south by lands now or formerly Wm. Riggs’
and J. Hatcher’s. Also, all the right, title and
interest of said Bankrupt it*, that other tract Os
Land lying in the county and State afore
said, near the Graniteville depot, on the South
Carolina railroad, containing one and acres,
more or less, and bounded on the west by land
now or formerly William Morris’, on the south
and east by land now or formerly Michael
O'Brien’s, on the north by the South Carolina
Railroad. The aforesaid tracts of Land being the
same conveyed to said Francis Murray by Lucius
L. Hull, by deed dated the 27th day of November,
1866. Also, a lease liold interest in four acres of
land adjoining Kaltnia Mills, upon which there is
a wooden house, containing seven rooms. Also,
two small carts.
Tho interest of said Francis Murray, in the
aforementioned property to be sold free from the
encumbrance of any lien, held bv any creditors of
