Justices’ Court.— Abraham Price,
a mulatto man, charged with stealing a
horse from Win. Scanlon, was brought
before Justice W. Milo Olin, yesterday
afternoon, at the City Had, plead guilty,
and was committed to jail to await his trial
before the October term of the Richmond
Couuty Superior Court.
