A valuable Plantation in Bryan County, contain
ing about 800 acres of-good Cotton, Corn and inland
Rice Lund. Of the above 250 acres are clnred and
under cultivation.
Upon the place is a comfortable two story Dwell
ing with nil the necessary out buildings, all of which
have been put up in the last five or six years.
The situation is upon the salts, and the health of
the place unexceptionable. Also, a gang of twenty
six Negroes, out of which there are nineteen workers,
and but two old ones. The Plantation und Negroes
will be sold separately or together.
