NOTICE’ is’hcraby givtii, ‘Hint Jolm Cuningham,
Bfo of Savannah, Merchant, who has lately re
sawed to Great Britain, did, on the filth day of January
last, by deed of aflignment, duly executed, transfer and
aflign to the fubferiber, all mortgages, judgments, fpeciaL
tfes, notes, books of account, and other evidences of debts
due to the said John Cuningham, and to Jolm Cupingham
and Cn. for the purpose of paying and fatisfying a judg
ment obtained in behalf of Sirapfon and Davifon, of London,
Merchants, against the said John Cuningham, in the Cir
cuit Court of the United States for the Diftriet of Georgia,
m the term of April 1796. All perfens indebted to the
laid John Cuningham, or John Cuningham and Cos. are re-
to bu£ payment to the lublcriber before tlie firft
dav of April next, at which time ft * its will be commenced
muifcjaaunately againil those who fail to covnpl>- with this

Mordecai Sheftall, deceased, to fatisfy an execution in
favor of Levi Hollinfworth, laid property being mortgaged
to fecurc his claim.

Barnard the 6th February, 1770; seized and fold to fatisfy
an execution against the Reprefentauves of the said Edward
