NOTICE fe hereby givqn,TharJohn Cuningham,
late of Savannah, Merchant, who has lately re
moved to Great Britain, did, 6n the fifth day of January
last, by deed of assignment, duly executed, transfer and
affignto the subscriber, all mortgages, judgments, special
ties? notes, books of account, and other evidence, of debts
{aid John Cuningham, and to John Cuningham
and Cos. for the purpose of paying and fatisfying a judg- -
ment obtained in behalf of Simpson and Davifon, of London,
Merchants, against the said John Cuningham, m tl'e. Cir
cuit Court of the United States for the Diftrift of Georgia,
in the term of April 1796. All persons indebted to the
said John Cuningham, or John Cuningham and Cos. are re
mitted to make payment to the subscriber before the farit
day of April next, at which time foils will be commenced
indifcriminattly against those who foil to comply with this

old, of rather a yellow complexion. Whoever she belongs

to she Estate of John Rup~ert, decedfed, from any person
or persons whatsoever, as the whole thereof is secured, by

morning, the Negro Man and Wench hereafter
dejeiribed:

vjy\ 5 feet 3 or 4 inches high, speaks very
plain English, has a very gross voice,
is of a yellowifli complexion, and is re
markable for having 6 toes on each foot,

veral of life fore teeth, both above and
below, and has very thick lips, had on a brown jacket and
trowfers nearly new, and carried away with him a dark
London brown broad doth coat, with many other articles
of clothing.
*. JENNY, his Wife, a country bom wench, about the
fame age and heigh* of the fellow, of a black complexion,
has a small fear on her left cheek, as well as can be recoU
lefted, speaks very plain Englilb, has a small waist, and is
well made, is very fenfibld and artfol; flie has a mother
and other relations in the Fork of Broad River, near Pe
tersburg, Elbert county, where it fe roost probable they
will re after proceed, should they not before be taken up.
Any person apprehending and delivering them to the
Keeper of the Prison at Savannah shall be entitled to the

Fifty Dollars Reward

ft - . IY. fobferiber’s house, the following
v Negroes 1 Sharper, a country, bom
fellow, about 30 years of age, full 6
feet high, remarkably thick and strong,
yellowifli complexion, pleasing coun
'f*** ~ tenance, speaks plain English, walks
very upright, commonly wears his hat
inclined to the right fide of his head, excessively artful,
and handy at any work. Nanny, his wife, a country bdm
wench, about the fame age, 5 and an half feet high, black
complexion, finding countenance, very heavy with child,
speaks plain Euglifh, and comihonly wears handkerchiefs
tied about her head and neck. Joe, her child, 5 years of
age; and John, his brother, 2 and an half. They carried
away their blankets, many articles of clothing, and forre
provisions. They were completely drefled with new suits
of dark London brown bath coating. It is fofpefted they
have gone to fome of the Carolina neighboring plantations#
where Sharper has a great number of relations and acquaint
ances. Any person that will secure them in the commcfi
gaol of Savannah shall be entitled to ray warmest thanks

to Augusta, about foe 17th May last, A BAY HORSE,
about 8 or 9 years old, one hind white foot, blaze face#
branded on the mounting fhotilder 26, and.on the near
buttock IN, trots and canters, about 14 hands h'gh.
