pofiefled of two certain notes of hand} one Hgned by
David Hodges, bearing date on or about the twentieth day
of February, one thoniand seven hundred and ninety-three,
for four barrels rice, nesting each fix hundred and ten
pounds; the other figiied William Maxwell, HB, bearing
date on dr about the twenty-fifth day of Odober, one thou
sand seven hundred and ninety-two, for the Him of ten
pounds; copies of which, as nearly as the said Jcel Walker
can recoiled, are to the said petition annexed, and now ‘
lodged ih the Clerk’s office, together with art affidavit,
pursuant to the ad of Assembly in that case made and
provided; that the said bond whs loft or miflatd; and pray
ing the benefit intended by said ad; It is ordered, That,
o 1 other circumstantial preof being laid before the Court,
the said notes be established as direded by the said ad, the
said Joe! Walker‘publifliing a notice as therein required, and
for the space of fix months, in one of the Gazettes of this
state, unless cause fliall be shewn to the contrary within the
said time, or other matter fliall appear to the Court against
the fame.
