tions, it has been thought advifahle that all persons having
claims for Bounty Lands, whether in their own right, as
legal representative, Or by virtue of any instrument or deed
of transfer, be required to forward their rdpedive claims
to the War Office, on or before the firft day of January,
lyqo, in order that ftich claims may be duly examined,
tdjnfted, and determined upon.
To substantiate Inch claim a feri<Tt obfirvance of the rules
heretofore iiuied from the War Office will be indispensable;
and, in additlon.to what is required bv the fa-id rules, the

and handy at any work. Nanny, his wife, a country born
wench, about the fame age, 5 and an half feet high, black
complexion, finding countenance, very heavy with child,
speaks plain English, and commonly Wears hahdkerchiefs
tied about her head and neck, [foe, her child, 5 years of
age; and John, his brother, 2 and art half. They carried
a way their blankets*’ many articles of clothing, and feme
provisions. They were completely drefied with new suits
of dark London brown bath coating* It is fufpedecl they
have gone to feme cf the Carolina neighboring plantations,
where Sharper has a great number of relations and acquaint
ances. Any person that will secure them in the common
gaol of Savannah Brail be entitled to my warmed thanks

Rolles, was pofleiTed of a deed of feoffment, given and
fig tied by Ambrofc Barr, hearing date the day cf .

in the town of Savannah, known by the number 17, be
ginning at a Bake cn Joachimffireet, and running n. 12
deg. e. 132 feet, to a Bake; from thence s. 60 deg. e. 662
links to a Bake on Joachim-Breet; and thence tr. 78 w. 421
feet 4 1-2 inches to the beginning; bounded n. e. by a
Brect of 40 feet, a. try Joachim-Breet of 40 feet, and w.
by the Farm-street of 66 feet; which said lot is the figure
of a triangle* and lies in Yamacraw; a copy whereof, as
nearly as your petitioner could recoiled, was annexed to
“the said petition, L new ludgEddnThc Clerk's Office, with
an affidavit, pursuant to the ad of 22d February, 1785,
that the said feoffment was 108 or deßroyed during the late
war, and praying the benefit intended by the said ad ;*and
other circumfiantial proof being also laid before the Court;
it is ordered, That the deed of feoffment be efiablifhed,
as direded by the laid ad, on the said William Rolles and
Sarah Rolles their publishing a notice as therein required,
and for the fjrace of fix months, in one of the public Ga
zettes of this Bate, unless cause lhall be ffiewn to the con
trary within the Tald fix months, or other matter ffiaßnp
