On Saturday the 23 d of June next, at X o'clock, on
the prernifes, at Five Fa.bom Hole, three miles below
the City of Savannah, and or. the jaid river,

lurvey into 20 wliarf iots, each containing Ironi 100 to 200
feet front, and from 190 tu 370 feet Eck from the natu
ral bank of the river, (exduine of 25 leet thoroughfare
and lanes) with a good road from Savannah to tire pre
miles nearly completed. Ihe lltuations of thele lots art:
wtii known, and conildered at preient mcrealing in value,
as being at the head of navigation for all 1 flipping drawing
more than 12 feet water; ti.ey are like wile well lituated
for trade, building of itores for the reception of produce,
and particularly adapted, for carrying on the lumber buli
nels; alio capable of improvement at a iniall expence, the
bank of the liver running generally from 20 to 40 feet oft’
the channel, and iuiliciently linn in its prelent Rate to
admit of large velfeis taking on beard their cargoes without

ten feet of the head, for the largclt velieis the river will
