the City of Savannah , and on the said river,

feet front, and from 190 to 370 fret back from -tlie natu
ral bank of the river, (exclusive of feet thoiQUghfoco
and lanes) with a good road from Savannah to tl pre

more than 12 fret water; tiiey are likewise well lituatui
for trade, building of jfores for the reception of produce,
and particularly adapted for carrying on the lumber bufi
nels; aifo capable of improvenient at a finall expence, tlie
bank of the river running generally from 20 to 40 fret off
the channel, and lufficiently firm in its prelent state to
admit of large veffids taking on board their cargoes without
the aid of a wharf. -On the premifrs: there are now a
good wharf too fret front, and deepl enough, within
ten feet of the head, for the largest vessels tlie river will
admit;'aifo a. dwellinghoufe, corn house, poultry house,
and a garden; all under good fence, as deferred in the
survey. The intention of tlie fubferiber, by allowing the
great distance back from the river, is to give fufficient Ipace
for carrying on business, erecting of buildings, and making
gardens, the foil being solid, remarkably rich, and known
by experience to be good for the purpose. \For the furthev
information of thole who may wilh to become purchalem
the fubferiber has deposited three copies of the lurvev, with
tlie depth of water opposite each lot, in the hands of Mr.
Robert Harvey, Track! street, Charleston; Thomas Curo
m;ng, Esq. at Augusta; and Mr. William Belcher, of
this city. For any other information apply to William
Stephens and Charles Harris, Efqrs. or Mr. John M’Kin
tlon, the -Siirveyor. Conditions vs *h-fc>k> calh, for which
good and fufficient titles will be given; probably ap indulg
ence of one halt credit to the til of January next may bo
agreed to, with lecurity on the property.

were to commence the 9th of January last, for delay
of payment for tlie years 1793, 1794, and 1795, having,
by the desire and fair promiles of many-, keen- poftpom-d
from that time, and fome having font in their certificates of
payment in other counties, for the last time I give this no
tice to those who fail fending on such certificates, or in
making payment, by the 22d day of June next, that I
lhall that day fell as much of the property of each ptrfon in
default as will fatisfy their refpeaive quotas without reserve.

Robert Richardlcn are requested to render their ac
counts, properly attested, to the fubferiber, at St. Mary’s;
and thole indebted are earnestly solicited to make early pay
ments. The public and the parties immediately interested
are hereby cautioned against receiving, or in any wife bar
tering for, or paying a bond given by John Hunton, of
Waftimgton, in Wilkes county, for tlie sum of 920 dol
lars, and a note given by William Adams for 24 dollars,
(which laid papers were with the papers of said Richardson
at'the time of his decease, and moft probably are now in
the possession of a Mrs. O’Neal or Mr. Jacob Cunes) with
any other person but the fubferiber, who is the legal admi
nistrator, and aifo folly authorized to fettle the Estate by
ample powers from the widow of said Rkhardion.
