IT is requeued that the heirs, and all concerned in tire
Estate of Henry- Denfsler, deceased, do appear, cm the
firft day of July next ensuing, at the house of Jeremiah
Cuyler, Esq. Broughtcn-ftreet, in order to substantiate
their claims. All creditors of the laid estate to render in
their accounts properly attested, and those indebted to said
estate to make immediate payment. That no claims of
whatever kind will be valid after the aforefaid day of July
next ensuing, and all unsettled accounts will be placed in
the hands of an attorney after the aforefaid date.

ON Tuesday last, at the review at Dedham, a very
melancholy occurrence took place: The company
commanded by capt. Everett were going through the ma
nual exert ife, and, at the word fire , one of the compare,
not knowing hi*, piece was loaded, fired, and ftiot the cap
tain dead.
Lew lork, April 30. We learn, with reeret, that
the cuftotnhoufe boat belonging to Amboy, on Tuefdav
last, cn her way heme from this place, upftt near Gibbet
Illand, when Daniel Marsh, efq. and mr. Decamp, who
were in the boat, both belonging to Amboy, were unfor
tunately drowned. We underfhnd that the bodycf mr.
Marsh was found yesterday on Long Hand shore.
Alay 13. By the Brothers, capt. Hall, arrived this
morning, in 40 days from Liverpool, the editors of the
New York Gazette have received the news of the filming
of the definitive treaty, which they hafter. to lay before*
tbe public.

Downing street. 29th March, ”1802.
Mr. Moore, aififhnc secretary to marquis Cornwallis,
arrived this morning, at 9 o’clock, with the definitive
treaty of peace, which was iigned at Amiens, at 4 o’clock
in .lie afternoon oi the 27th irftant, by the plenipoterti
arv of his majesty and the plenipotentiaries of France,
Spain, and the Batavian republic.
The member of parliament for Liverpool, in communi- *
eating this intelligence to the mayor of that port, adds the
following for the information of bis constituents:
House of Commons, 29th March.
Immediately upon receiving information that tbe defin
itive treaty was signed I made application at lord Hawkef
bury’s office for information receding the time that would
be allowed for importation cf the produce of the captured
illands in tbe W est Indies, about to be ceded to the belli
gerent powers. After foroe befitatton 1 received for an an
swer, that no pan cf the definitive treaty could with pn>-
pnety be made public officially until, the fame had been
ratified, which would require a fortnight in time.

Mr. Bennoch, (of the firm cf Eennoch and Bedford of
Bouon • now at Liverpool, has invented and obtained a
patent lor a machine for making wrought iron and copcer
nails and spikes. It will male all kinds at the fame time,
at the rate of iaco in the whole per minute, and mav be
operated by water, (foam, or wind. The ufefolnefs of
the machine has proved equal to the moft sanguine exoec t
anoas of the inventor. Some of the nails have been re
ceived in Boften.
