livery, and as he intends leaving the country early in the
spring there will be an absolute necessity of coming to a
settlement with all who owe him, as well as those to
when he may be indebted; be therefore hopes due atten

able necelfity of having recourse to -Coercive meafuret,

DESIROUS of conveying that Branch of the Riv#
between Argyle and Hutchinfon*s Islands into the
River Savannah, the Commiffionert of Pilotage offer to
contrail with any person or persons capable of completing
the fame; for which purpole they will receive proposals
for lour months. A Plan of the Rivor may be seen at
the office of the Commiffiotiers.
