son who has purchased public lauds, and
not made full payment for the same, to
relinquish to the United States so much
thereof as may not be paid for, fieri re
tain such portion of the original purchase
as may amount to the sums of money ac
tually paid, at the price for which the

Mr. Walker, of Alabama, gave notice
that he should on to-morrow a-k leave
to bring in a bill to provide for altering
the times of holding the District Courts
