to open a select English Sctio.d on Monday
the fifteenth of January next, near the house
ofC’ol. Wm. C. Osborn, Jones county. The
whole charge for Board and Tuition, is fixed
at one hundred ami two dolls is per year.
A few male students under the age of sixteen
vears, and a few females uq^cr the ape of
fourteen, will he received. Every exertion
will he made to facilitate the progress of the
pupils in useful knowledge, and proper re
gard will He paid to morals, decency and vir
tue. Col Osborn will hoard as many as

and the lot number ninety one in the seven
teenth district of formerly Baldwin now Jasper
county, for the better securing the payment of
the sum of -i* thousand two hundred and forty
three dollars and tortv one cents due to the said
lames Harrison by a promisory note ; on mo
tion of William Cook, counsel fortlie petition-
r, it is oraeied, that the said John P. Coles do
pay into the Clerk’s utfice of this court the sum
jf money aforesaid with interest and cost, with'
n tw five months from this date, or the equity
if redemption in and to the said mortgaged pre-
nn'eswill he thenceforth forever barred and
foreclosed : And it is farther ordered, that a copy
of this rule be served on the said John P. Coles
or his special agent at least six months, or he
published in one of the public Gazettes of this
slate at least twelve months betore the time the
money is directed to be paid.
