which he was hound in law to do, nnd your petitioner
avers niso, that the said Thomas Summerlin in hb

mas and jour petitioner did jointly lease the said lot
of land on the 6th day of November, 1822, to one
Dennis Rooks, w hich will appear hy a reference ta
certain articles of agreement, hereunto annexed, on

honorable the Inferior Court of Taliafer- ef further states to your honorable body, that the ad
