On application of Joseph H. YY'atts, administrator of Oha-
diali Smith, deceased, stating to the Court that he has fully
administered and paid out the assets of said estate, and prays
for letters of dismission therefrom—Whereupon it is ordered
by the Court that six months publication be made in the South
ern Recorder, requiring all persons concerned to file their ob-
‘ection, if any they have, against the granting of the same : in
default tnereof, letters eff dismission will be granted to the said
administrator, in terms of the Statute in such eases made and
provided, at the first term of ifie Court after the expiration of
the time aforesaid.

H AVING purchased of the legatee* (all of age) their
interest in the lands belonging to the estate of Lew
is Bond, in Baker county, mostly in 1st, 2d and 3d dis
tricts, together with lands previously owned, T offer for
sale 14,000 acres, equal to any in the world for the pro
duction of cotton—which may be had in large or small tracts
or jtarcels, to suit purchasers, and upon srune of which are
extensive improvements, known a.s the Island and Muddv
Creek Plantations, See. 1 intend cutting a road in a few
months, so as to carry the jiresent crop of cotton from Alba
ny, in Baker county, tn some point on the Ocmulgee, a
distance not exceeding 50 miles; nnd by reference to the
map, it will be seen that it is perfectly practicable to di-
veiv tLn trade of this valuable cotton growing countiv to
Brunswick, Savnnndh. or Charleston, and perhaps from
Lumpkin: they were formerly owned by YViiliams & D-
nard. They have latterly been rebuilt throughout, nmf is
now in very successful operation. The mill settlement
contains about eight hundred and fifty acres of land, mostly
pine woods, and generally well set with good pine timber.
I want to sell all the above described land. My terini
would be favorable.
