will transact a general storage and commission business. The
Warehouse and commission business will be conducted and

Crawfordville, Taliaferro comity. It is well improved,
havinga first rate Storehouse and counting-room, comforta
ble dwelling, kitchen, See., all nearly new, of good mate
rials and well arranged. If the lot is not sold before the
first Tuesday in December, it will then he offered at public
sale, and possession given the 1st day of January next.
Terms will be accommodating, and he made known at the
time of sale.
They will also sell a good bargain in their stock of
Goods, which have been well selected in New-York and
Charleston, and is generally admitted to lie one among the
best selected storks in the up-country. Any person wish
ing to vest capital in merchandise, would d« well to call

and the steam saw-mill on the next lot, will furnish every fa
cility for building more. This place is as healthy as any river
plantation. The swamp can be cleared with unusual ease, ns
the large timber is mostly live oak, which need not be cut
down and rolled, because although it can he killed as easily
as other trees, yet it seldom ever falls. Part of the land is
subject to a harmless overflow, iu very high freshets, for a
few-days in winter. Not the least injury results from this, as
it never occurs in crop time, it being well known that F’iint
rivet never overflows in the lower part of its coarse, from
summer or spring rains.

parted this life without executing titles to said lot or tract of 1
land, or making provision therefor by will, and that Purme-
dus Reynolds is the sole Administrator of said deceased;
Whereupon, it is ordered by the Court, that all persons hav
ing any valid objections to the said Purinedus Reynolds, Ad
ministrator as aforesaid, making to John XV. Graves good aud
sufficient warrantee titles, to said Lot or Tract of Land, ac
cording to the terms of said bond, be and appear at the
Court, which shall set next after the due publication of this
Rule, then and there to make them, as in default thereof;
the Court will proceed to grant a rule absolute requiring the
saidPurmedus Reynolds, Administrator a* aforesaid,, to exe
