horses, mules, hogs and sheep, plantation tools, wagon and
harness, oxen and carts, a four wheel carriage, good as utjw,
corn, fodder and wheat.
And on the first Tuesday in January next, mil be sold at
the Court-house in Madison, Morgan county, all the negroes
of said deceased, consisting >f men, women and children,
nmong whom arc a good blacksmith, wagoner and carnage
driver, and also all the lands of said deceased, lytftg in ihe
county of Morgan, to wit: five hundred acre**, more or less,
on which the deceased formerly resided, well improved, hav
ing on it a well furnished, commodiona dwelling, with neecs
sarv ont buildings.
Also, the interest of said deceased, in the land whereon T.
B. Rees, E.«g formerly resided, and the adjoining lands
lately owned by John M. Butler and A. B. Wood, wuich
several lots contain 600 acres, more or less, with a large two
story dwelling, nearly reward well finished, with good out
buildings.
And also, the interest of said deceased, in 650 acres on the
Appalarhie river, lying broadside of the above described
lands, Tory fertile, and on which are a good set of M“‘ s
successful operation, and as fine a shoal for the erection of
machinery, as any in the Southern conntry.
And on the first Tuesday in February' next, will be sold at
the Court house in Clark county, the interest of the deceased
in 500 acre* of land, on the Appalarhie river, in said county,
on which the deceased resided many years ago, with a com
fortable dwelling house, gin house, and out houses, 150 acres
of it good low grounds, and 200 acres in the woods. Terms
