of said deceased, consisting of men, women and children,
among whom are a good blacksmith, wagoner and carriage
driver, and also all the lands of said deceased, lying in the
county of Morgan, to wit: five hundred acres. m*re or less,
on which the deceased formerly resided, well improved, hav
iag on it a well furnished, commodious dwelling, with ueces
sarv out buildings.
Also, tile interest of said deceased, in the land whereon T.
B. Rees, Esq formerly resided, and the adjoining lands
lately owned by John M. Butler and A. B. Wood, which
several lots contain 800 acres, more or less, with a large two
story dwelling, nearly new and well finished, with good out
buildings.
And also, the interest of said deceased, in 650 acres on the
Appalachie river, lying broadside of tile above described
lands, very fertile, and on which are a good set of Mills in
successful operation, and as fine a suoal for the erection oi
maeiiuiery, as any in the Southern country.
And on the first Tuesday in February next, will be sold at
the Court house in Clark county, the interest of the deceased
in SCO acres of land, on the Appalachie river, in said county,
oa which the deceased resided many’ years ago, with a com
fortable dwelling house, gin house, and out houses, 150 acres
of it good low grounds, and 200 acres in the woods. Terms
wiil be accommodating, and made known on the days of sale.

last, a large dark brown Horse, 8 or 9 years old, close well
built before, rather slim behind, has very large mane, long
slim tale, has some saddle marks on his hack, also lightly brantR
ed with R, on one of his shoulders, paces and trots well under
the saddle. Said horse has been owned by individuals living
in the counties of Baldwin and Hancock, for the lost 5 or 6
years. I think said horse was owned by A. H. Kenan, of
Milledgeville. for several years. Aftci words by several indi

FIFTY DOfifiAISN REWARD.
A REWARD of 50 dollars will be paid to any person
who will apprehend and deliver to the Sherifi'or Jailor
of Pulaski county, a man by the name of MARION SIMS,
who lias broke jail in Hartford, Pulaski county. Sims is about
40 or 45 years of age, about six feet or more high, is a man of
dark complexion, and dark hair; in stature tolerably well
proportioned for his age. He lias formerly beeu a citizen of
North Carolina, and more recently from Laurens county, in
this Stale. He has a family in Pulaski county at this time-
Sims has a blemish in one eye, w. ich deprives him —
lias a felon on it which looks white ; he has, on examination,
large scars on his hips, occasioned by lying them in a long'
spell of sickness. He was cot-fined in i*d for stealing a ne
