■about 1200 acres; aoou„ > ,
Though the farm is at present partly overgrown witn uu=,.D,
and briars, yet the land is excellent, having never been worn
out, but merely abandoned to fallow, according to the last will
of the testator, until the lieirs should be of age.
The quail v of the land, and its vicinity to Milledgeville,
make Beulah one of the most valuable grain and stock farms
ill Georgia. We offer to let it only for this purpose. The
-cultivation of cotton will not be allowed ; nor will tenants be
(permitted to cut wood for market, except under a separate
contract. Convenient and fine range for a large stock of hogs
is afforded by the river low-grounds, and other forest, con
taining nearly eight hundred acres, while an extensive mea
dow, either for hav or pasturage of cattle and horses, can be j
made in the valley of Deriseau creek, with no other trouble !
, ilia a a fence. The whole place is well watered and healthy. |
Persons wishing to cultivate a grain lann, near a gootl mar

long enough to give tenants all the comforts ol a permanent
home. Mr. Byiugton. at Beulah, can give information ot the
