Allen, for a certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being in said county, on the waters of Glades creek, adjoining lands of Barnes and Reid, containing five hundred and seventeen acres, mure or less, and that the said Josiah Flournoy died without executing titles therefor; and he further stales, that he is the trnnsferree of said bond.
