Mr. Handley, to empower the Ordinary
of Warren county to pay to the Inferior
Court any balance of the school funds in

bill to incorporate the Georgia Savings
Bank of Macon ; also a bill to incorporate
the Macon Orphan House.
Mr. Holt, of Bibb, to ’incorporate the

Mr. McDonald, to -appropriate $6,000,-
000 for the support of soldier’s families.
Mr. Russell, of Chatham, to authorize
and require an extra tax in Chatham

To invest in the Mayor or Aldermen of
Savannah the powers of Justice of the

Penal Code ; also,
To incorporate the Oglethorpe Insurance
company of Savannah.
Mr. Adams, to increase the pay of the

To grant relief to the Banks and Peo
ple of this State.
Mr. Pitman, to compel overseers and
track menders to keep a file of the marks
of stock killed by the cars.
Mr. Hudgins, a resolution requesting the
Governor to have breadstuffs shipped to the
counties of Gilmer, Fannin, Union, Rabun,
White. Lumpkin, and Dawson, free of ex
pense. . i
Mr. Barnes, to renew the banking priv
ileges of the Georgia Railroad and Bank
ing Company. Also, to relieve the heirs
of Ross C. Davis.
Mr. Dever, a resolution requesting the
Secretary of War to revoke the commis
sions of impressing officers, and appoint
citizens in their stead. . Also, to continue
in foree the Stay law.
Mr. Lemon, fixing the prices of produce
scld to the indigent families of soldiers.
Also, a resolution requesting citizens of
the State to furnish a cow and calf to the
families of indigent soidicis.
Mr. Dumas, to sell all free negroes into
to slavery.
Mr. Aired, a resolution recommending a
repeal of the Confederate Tax law.
Mr. McCurry, to legalize certain acts of
the lufeiior Court of Hart county.
Mr. Green, a re6olutiau requesting Con
gress to increase the pay of the officers and
soldiers of the army.

the troops for State defence be permitted
to go home to gather their crops and sow
wheat, if not incompatible with tho inter

a resolution requesting the action of Con
