(cleared) of first quality Rice land, and four hundred (cleared) fine

a pantry, with nine fire places. Attached to the house is a fine Flower
Garden, containing a choice variety of rare flowers—fifty odd Camilla
Japonicas, of every variety of colors, from 4to 8 feet high; fine Chi
nese Azalias, of every shade of color —together with a great variety
of the most choice flowers, such as Roses, Magnolias, Ac.
