IMPROVED UTLEY COTTON PRESS,
With tliis Press two men can Pack
a 600 pound Bale of Cotton,
with ease, in 8 Minutes!

It is simple and readily understood by any one.—
The power is the same used by the Utley Press,
Leverage, and is only limited by the strength
of the irons.
Stumps of great size should be first blasted by
boring a hole at their base and charging with
powder and fuse, this will sever them in pieces,
when then they can be drawn up in detail. Those
wishing to transplant large or small trees will find
this Machine invaluable, as with it they draw them
up with their roots entire, and at a nominal cost.
