About five years ago, on my passage from

it, as I m ght for two weeks, when on my ar-

which were swelled to an enormous size.—
I'hese g aduslly subsided into hard tumors,
one of which on my left knee affected tlie
bone—an incision was now made and t large
evacuation of ruts, mixed with pieces of bone
took place. In addition to this, I suffered the
most excruciating pains in my j tints that man
ever experienced. .Every thing that was

Six—In consequence of imprudent expos
ure four , ears ago I had the misfortune to be
come sffl cted with a disease, the painful re
suits of which induced me to apply in suc
cession to several respectable physicians of
this city, from whom, however, I received
either no relief, or from whose remedies I re
ceived another complaint quite as distressing
,s the former. My whole system became a'-
feeted. I could get no rest at night on ac
count of the violent pain that I felt in every
part of my body; the weakneaa and e nacia
tion of which was such that I could scarcely
walk. In this state I fortunately heard of
your vegetable catholicon- four bottles of
which, has completely restored me, I have
now no pain i my appetite ia good, and mj
strength restored With many thanks for
the relief ynur medicine has given me, 1 am

Sir—I am now, thanks to your medicine, a
hearty mai. F >r nearly six years I have been
a martyr to a disease, whose rarag,-s threat
ened, if nut soon stopped, to put a period to
my eiiktence. Having had no regular medi
cal advice from the commeneem'n', my
comnlaint at last got to auch a height that I
could not swallow without great pain and
difficulty. Tumors formed in different parts
of my body, and I began to think nty situation
almost desperate. The five bottle* of the
Catholicon which I have taken have com
pletely cured me, end I am uuw aa well aa 1
