A PROCLAMATION,
W HEREAS a General Convention of Peace, Amity, Navigation, and Commerce,
between the United States of America and the Republic of Colombia, was conclu
ded and signed, at Bogota, on the third day of October, in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and twenty-four; which Convention, being iu the English and
Spanish languages, is word for word as follows :
