ferior Court of Chatham County, for
ordiuary purposes, at the Court-House iu
Savannah, on Mouduy the seventh day of
November, 1025—
* Front the failure of very many executors,
administrators and guardians, to settle their
ruspective .accounts in this Court, within
the period designated by law. viz. on the
first Monday in January next, after the
data of their respective letters, to settle a
first account, sad another account nn Ihe
first Monday ill every succeeding January,
until their respective executorships, admin
istrations or guardianships shall be cunclud
ed or cease :—It is therefore ordered by
the Court, that snminnuSes bu issued to apd
served on all delinquents who shall fail to
appear before the Clerk of this Court, al
liis Office, and settle their respective ac
counts, on or before the first Monday in
January next, as it is the determination
of the Court to enforce strictly the injuitc
tjons of the law in all such cases. .
It is further directed, that this ordgr be
inserjed in all the papers printed in tliec.ity
of Savannah, twice a month, until the first
day of January next, and that a copy b,
posted at the door of the Court-House.

This mode nt drawing not only enahles
the Commissioners to complete the whole
Lottery in one drawing, but has the great
advantage of- distributing the small prizes
regularly to every alternate number in the
scheme, so that, the holder of two tickets or
two shares pf tickets, one odd and one even
number, will be certain of obtaining at lopnt
one prize, and in tbe same ratio for any
greater quantity.
