Savannah, on Monday the seventh day of
November, 1826—
From the failure of very many executors,
administrators and guardians, to settle their
respective accounts in this Court, Within
the period designated by law. vis. on the
first Monday in January neXt, after the
date of their respective letters, to fettle t
first account, qkd another account on the
first Monday in every succeeding January,
until their respective executorships, admin
istrations or guardianships shall be conclud
ed or cease It is therefore ordered by
the Court, that summooses be isaaed to and
served on all do|in(|0 .nls who shall fail to
appear before the Clerk of this Court, a>
his Office, aud settle their respective ac
counts, on or before the first Monday in
January next, as it is tlie determination
