ordinary purposes, at the Court-Huuse in
Savannah, nn Monday the seventh day of
November, 1825—
From the failure of very many executors,
administrators and guardians, to settle their
respective accounts in this Court, within
the period designated by law. viz. ou the
first Monday in January next, after the
date of tlimr-respective lettors, to settle a
first sccuunt. and another account on the
first Monday in every succeeding January,
until their respective executorships, udrnin
istratious nr guardianship shall be conclud
ed or cease It is therefore ordered by
the Court, thnt summonses be issued to and
served on all delinqu -nts who shall fail to
appear before the Clerk of this .Court, at
Ilia Office, and settle their respective ac
con nls. on or belore the first Monday in
January next, as-it is the determination
of the Court to enforce strictly the injunc
lions of the law in all such cases.
It is further directed, that this order be
inserted ill alt the papers printed in the city
of Savannah, twice a month; until the first
day of January next, and that a dopy be
posted at the door of the Court-House.
