Savannah, on Monday the seventh day of
November, 1825—
• From the failure of very many executors,
administrators and guardians, to settle their
respective accounts in this Court,'within
the period designated by Jaw. viz. on the
first Monday in January next, after the
dato of their respective letters, to settle a
first account, and another account on the
first Monday in every succeeding January,
until their respective executorshipi, admin
istration* or guardianships shell be conclud
ed or cease .—It is therefore ordered by'
the Court, that summonses be issued to and
served on all delinquents who shall foil to
appear before thn Clerk of this Court, st
his Office, and settle their respective ac
counts, on or before the first Monday in
January next, as it is tbe determination
of tbe Court to. enforce strictly tbe injunc
tions of the law in all such cases,
It is further directed, that this order be'
