gently operates upon and regulates tho bowels,
restores to tho blood its wonted purity, gives tone
to tho stomach, and promotes digestion.
It will effectually relievo Erysipelas even in its
worst stages, and all person* suffering from this
distressing complaint uro advised to use it, first
so, but if no marked relief bn found after liikiug
ouo bottle, it will bn necessary to use the Hydrio-
dated Potash with it.

TO MAKE TABLE JELLIES.—Use «t least
two ounces of Cooper’s Refined American Isin
glass, which should lie first soaked iu cold water
for two hour*; drain off that water, then take two
quart* of cold water, one and a half pound of su
gar, put in it the white of three eggs, tho juice of
three good sized lemons, the peal of one, a stick
of cinnamon, a little nutmeg, orange peal, or
other spice to suit the taste; stir all the ingredient*
well together while cold, then boil the whole
intis* four or five minute*, aud then pour it
through a Jefy Bag; when it may he put into
glasses or mould*, and when cold, will be fit for
use. The moulds should be first wet with a lit
tle white of egg and water just before tho jelly
is put iu them, in order to make it c:i»ytoturii
them out on plate*.
The Jelly Bag i* made of flannel Bor 10 inches
across thu opening, mid about half a yard, deep,
narrowing to a point nt the bottom. "The liquid
tliut rim* through first, should lie poured hack iu
the jellev hag until it runs through clear.
Add lino pint of wine to the above for Wine
Jelly. Ollier liquids made from preserves, may
be jellied by using thu same proportion of tho Is-
BLANC MANGE may he made by using nt
least one ounce of Isinglass for two quarts of milk
or cream, tho peal of two lemons, sugar aud since
to suit thu taste—bring thu whole to a boiling
heat, strain'll, uml when nearly cool, stir it well
to mix tin: cream that wilt rise wiiilo cooling, pour
it iu moulds, ami when perfectly cold, it may be
turned out and will then bo ready for use. The
moulds should lie first wet with cold water, which

failed. I then sold her to Dr. Jones, who imme
diately brought her to Dr. M. 8. Thomson, of
Macon, who soon cured her, 1 believe in less than a
month, so that she has since had two children, aud
is entirely well; this 1 can testily, a* 1 now own

that nothing done me any good, and hearing that
Dr. M. 8. Thomson could euro such cases. I de
termined try him, and >o called on him ami got
one prescription of medicine, which I am happy
and proud to say has entirely cured me. 1 have
