Dear Sir:—In compliance with my promise to
let you hear from mo, with regard to tho ulfoct of

lowing statement of facts. For nearly 3 years my

TO MAKE TABLE JELLIES.—Use at least
two ounces of Cooper’s Kulincd American Isin
glass, which should lie first soaked in cold water
for two hours; drain olftlml water, then tuko two
quarts nfculd water, ouu nud a half pound of su
gar, put in it the whito of three oggs, the juice of
thren good sized lemons, the peal of one, n stick
of cinnamon, a little nutmeg, orange peal, or
other spice to suit the taste; stir all the ingredients
well together while cold,' then boil the whole
mass four or five minutes, mid tlmn pour it
through a July Bag; when it limy ho put into
glasses or moulds, and when mid, will be fit for
use. The moulds should be first wot with a lit
tle white of egg uml water just belbt-c the jolly
is put in them, in order to make it easy to turn
them nut on plates.
