In tho very thick fog yesterday, the steam-
bual Bolivar, on her p’isaugn to Staten Island,
ran mi tlio reck* at Governor's Island, about 11
o'clock, and remained last evening—but had
rocoivod little or no damage, and it wub suppos-

yesterday there was a partial charing off at
