Domini, 1852, on demand, according to the tenor and effect
of a certain promissory note made by the said Mordecal
Myers, trustee as aforesaid, to the said Edward 0. Wilson,
treasurer .as aforesaid, bearing even date with tho said
mortage, and that there still remains unpaid thereon, tho
sum of two thousand dollars : ,

the next term of this Court, the principal and interest due
on the said promissory note and mortgage, and tho costs
