appllanoe for the lumber business, situated on a high and
healthy hill.
Thera ore also about 800 acres of as good hammock land,
for either com or cotton, to be found any where, covered
with red oak, white oak. hickory, and ash timber. Those
lands present as good facilities for either lumber cutUng,
stave getting, or turpentine, as any other, and will be pen
etrated by the Savannah and Albany Railroad, now In con-'
temptation.
