fie hath to fell THREE TOWN LOTS in Savannah,
fovcjral valuable TRACTS of LAND, viz.
*A containing 1000 acres, known by the name of
ValS Royal, of which 220 acres is exceeding good rice land;
also 281 acres rice land opposite to it 011 liutcninfon’s illand,
a large new b%rn, rice pounding machine by water, a good
overfeeds hotife, with several other improvements, a mile
and a half from Savannah, as well situate l for pleasure and
profit as any trad in Georgia.
, One trad, containing 800 acres, commonly known by
r the name of the Sabine Fields, formerly Mr. Thomas Bur
rington’s, about two miles and a half from Savannah, ex
ceedingly well timbered with white and'redoaks, bays and
pines, exceeding good land, at leall 200 acres of good rice
land, anew barn feet by 64, a good dwelling*lioufe, and
other improvements.
One trad, containing 350 acres, two miles from Savan
nah on the Ogechee road, chiefly high swamp, plcafantly
iituated, hath on it a dwelling-house, barn, and other im
provements.
. One trad, containing 500 acres, on Little Ogechee, very
-good, without improvements ; it joins Mr. Haberlham’s land.
One trad, containing 1000 acres, in Halifax, fronting on
Savannah river opposite Matthews’s Bluff, the richelt kind
of river swamp, well timbered with oaks and cypress. ‘This
trail takes in two or three acres of high land for a settlement.
One other trail in Halifax, containing 450 acres, upon
the river, a noted place for a ferry, opposite to Mr. Blake’s
baronv; there is a house and improvements upon it.
LACHLAN MACGILLIVRAY,
A TRACT of LANDon Great-Ogechee river, opposite
the town of Hardwicke, containing 500 acres exceed
ing good for rice. The whole may be inclofedwith a very
little fencing, it being almoll surrounded by the said river,

TWENTY POUNDS STERLING,
T he befl in three heats, each heat two miles, on the follow
ing conditions, viz.
HORSES 14 hands high to carry 10 flone, all above that
to carry weight for inches, and all under to be allowed
the odds.
No horse to start, unless proof is made that the horse has
been ten weeks in the province before the day of running.
Each person entering a hoife, if a fubferiber, to pay half
a g inea for each horse, and every other pe.fon to pay a gui
nea and a half; provided the horses be entered ten days be
fore the day of running ; any horse entered after that day to
pay three guineas.
No fubicriber allowed to enter another man’s horse to lave
the entrance money. .
Likewise to be run the day following, a PURSE, value
FIFTEEN POUNDS STERLING, The conditions as a
bove.—No horse who run the firil day to Haft for this purse.
The third day’s snort is the INNKEEPER’S PURSE, va
lue at leafl SIX POUNDS STERLING, for Galloways not
above 13 hands high, to carry 8 Hone, all under to be allow
ed weight for inches. , .

Another trad of 350 acres, on a navigable creek, within
one mile of Sunbury, good for indico and rice, about 90
acres of the high land cleared, and a dwclling-houie there
on, pleasantly fituared.
800 acres on Bull Town swamp, four miles from a landing,
900 acres on Newport swamp, fix miles irom a landing,
500 acres on said swamp, seven miles from a landing.
1300 acres in St. Andrew’s pari Ih, two miles from a landing,
