of theeftate and effeds of the said Thomas Hooper have been

terefore to advertise all persons indebted to the estate of the
said Thomas Hooper to make immediate payment, and all
to whom the said estate is indebted are defiled \o bring in
their accounts forthwith, in order to their being fettled and
di (charged.

The following TRACTS of LAND and WHARF LOT
belonging to the said estate, viz.
Three hundred acres of land, situate in the diflrid of
Little-Ogcchee, bounded on the south-east by land of John
Dixie, on the north.eall by land of Walter Fleming. Five
hundred acres of land, situate on Little-Ogechee, ‘bounded
south-west by land of James Dixie and Edward Goo dale, on
the south-east by land of James Tebeau, and on all other
fidcs by land vacant at the time of the original survey thereof
made. Also, a wharf lot, No. 3, under the Bluff of Sa
vannah, east of Bullftreet, containing too feet in front,
and extending to low water mark.
