Two HUNDRED AND FIFTY ACRES of as good
RJCR LAND as any in this province, situate on the
north point of Onflow Island on the river Savannah, about
eight miles above Savannah. Every atere of the said land is
so unexceptionably good that a particular defeription of it is
useless^—Any person inclinable to treat for the fame may ap
ply to me in Savannah, or at my plantation opposite to the

TOBESOLD
A TRACT of FIVE HUNDRED ACRES of LAND,
on the south point of Little Ogechee, about 14 miles
from town, to which there is a good cart road, bounding
weft and north on Richard Cooper; 300 acres is good corn
and indigo land, and the rest go and rice land, the whole in
ferior to none in the province. There is the best mulberry
orchard in the province on this *ra£t, 401. a yeai having been
made from it for fome years in cocoons, and it has twohou
fes and frames fit for that purpose; there is also a good orange
prove of bearing trees upon it. A vessel of 200 tons may

ADJOINING ISLANDS and HARD-FEEDING
MARSHES, containing upwards of 4000 acres: Great part
of the large island consists of a Variety of meadow and
other planting land, which may be easily prepared for corn
indico, or rice; also a great quantity of live-oak, cedar*
and the best kind of pitch-pine, for ftiip-builditig; distant
but one tide of flood to Savannah; and has on it upwards of
100 head of fine tame cattle, many (heep and hogsTand a
few horses and mares, which will be fold together with the

WHEREAS Elizabeth Myers, my wife, eloped from
me about the middle of September last, and carried
off with her a gold sleeve button and several other things, I
do hereby offer a reward of 6s. fterfing to any person who
will inform me where (he is. Ido also desire that no person
will credit her on my account, as I will pay no debts of her
contracting from this 2d November, 1765.
