the immediate government and iufnedion of their maiieri or owners, or
any other white perloa, by which means a door is opened to robberies
and other bad pradices. By information of Henry Preston, Esq,

province is very unequal, for want, we suppose, of proper returns of per
tons from each pariih properly qualified to serve as grand and petit jurors,
which we humbly conceive may be easily remedied by references to the
tax lifts and lifts of oleftore of representatives in each pariih.
4. We prefeat as a very great grievance, That at our publick eledions
tor representatives in this province, arms have been carried, and other
threatening and insulting methods made use of, to deter eiedors from
giving their votes freely, efpedally In the par.ih of Si. Aidrew.
3, We prefcot as a grievance, by information of Andrew Greiner, Esq.
the coliedors of St. Paul's pariih, for not making proper returns and pay.
