WHEREAS the Commiflioners of the General Loan Office of this
province hare, bv frequent advertifrments, required the payment
of all monies due to the find Office on or before the 17 th day o* February
last, and did also. bra late advertisement, (subsequent to the fold 17th
dav of February lad) inform all persons whnfe bonds were then dne, that,
unless they were difeharged on or before yesterday the 17th inflant, they
would be immediately pot in fuic: AND WHEREAS, notwuhftanding
the said timely advertisements and information, divers persons have ne
glefted to take up their said bonds, &c. THESE are therefore perempto
rily to acquaint such perlons, that all bonds and mortgages whatever,
due to this Office, will, without exception, be put into the hands of an
attorney to be recovered according to law, unless fatisfied on 1 uefday the
ad day of May next, on which day the Commiflioners will meet at their
Office in order fioally to fettle and conclude this bnfinefs.

WHEREAS, notwithflanding the repeated warning ! gave to fevcral
persons, and in poblick places, I find that the paftureof my plan
Cation adjoining the town of Sunbury is continually ovcrftocked with
firange cattle and horses, to the great damage of my own cattle and hor
ses, this is to give timely notice to all those whom it may concern, that I
have pnt a flrong padlock to the only gate of the said pasture, and that my
fences being kept in the best ordei, 1 have given orders to my overfrer to
* n * flable any horses or cattle that ihall be found in the said paflure
after the tad of this month, and to make the owners pay the prise money,
chargee, and damages, if the said owners have not under my hand a per.
fliiffion for such horses and cattle to be tufned in the said pasture. The
preservation of my property compels me to take this neceftary Arp, which

A few days ago a (loop was run away with from Sunbury by dne Sher
man the master, having on board a quantity of rum and 700 dollars be
longing to one Mr. Shaddock who had chartered her for the Weft-Indies.
Saturday last arrived at Cockfpur, after a short pafiage* from the Grain
Coast of Africa, the snow Fly, Capt. Alexander Taylor, with 130 new
negroes.
The Hoop Thresher, Brown master, arrived here yelleniay from Rhode,
lfland.
Tbebrigt. Indaftry, Furfe, is arrived at Bristol from this port.
