Vice Admiralty for the fai l province, l was commanded to pay all the
wages due on the present voyage made ar.d performed by the brig Mo’ly,
George Haxord la e mailer, out • f the proceeds of Tales of said veflhl; and
whe eas further the fa and decree authorized me to allow one month's credit
to the purchaser or purchasers of the said ve-ffel and her cargo, this is there
fore to desire those concerned to give in t heir accounts accordingly to tha
fubferiber, autfted before the Judge of the said Court, ,in order to receive

who is absent from and without the limits of the said province, in the
Winds and pofTefliou of Captain John Sutton, and Mr. Joseph Clay of Sa
vanoah, merchant, at the suit of Abel james and Henry Drinker, ofthe
city of Philadelphia, merchants: AND WHEREAS the said Abel James
and Henry Drinker HAVE, agreeable to the directions of the Attach
ment Aft, filed their declaration in his Majr fly’s General Court of Pleas
against the said John Baylev, and have obtained the following rule, viz.

named JACK, about five feet nine inches high, of a yellowish com •
p.exion, has a large fear on the left fide of his head cut by a hanger, and
a fear upon his ear by the fame stroke, and leveral cuts upon his body; he
fpcaka good Englilh, and will endeavour to pass as a free man. A re
ward of ten (hillings, if taken within ten miles of Savannah, and twenty
(hillings, if a further diflance, on a delivery to

THE books of Giorge Baillie and Cos. being removed to a room in
the house lately occupied by Mr*. Germain, next door to Dr.
Johnson’s on the Bay, the fubferibers desire all such as have not yet fettled
