Mr. rite- phens is a statesman, whose ability is recognized wherever the Kuglish lan guage is spokeu. Tim editor of the Courier-Joarual is a person who has some reputation as an amateur musi cian, and.' who undoubtedly has a knock at what is known as “fins” writing."
