We are mncli gratified to know that the health oi this eminent states man is so far improved as to enable him to take charge at the editorial depart ment of this paper. In our op/nion there is no other sphere of action in which Mr. Stephens con be of each service to the Dsumcmtio party as the one he has chosen.
