Tho Worcliester, now at Boston, will be the flag ship of the North Atlontio fleet, Admiral Lee having,.it is said, left Washington to-day to join her. The Swatora, now at Norfolk, oaunot imme diately join the squadron, as the Captain reported this morning that she first re quired repairs. The Severn is nominally in commission, bat will not be fitted for sea. Tbe Worcliester takes her plaoe. The Kansas and Nipaio will soon join the squadron. The Shawmut, which ieoent- ly started for Brazil, will be recalled for temporary duty in the squadron. The authorities here do not appreh end any difficulties in Havana with American oihzens, bnt say the return of the squad ron to the Norm Atlantic is in accord ance with the usage, to have a foroe con venient for tile protection of our citizens should necessity for it oocnr. The low barometer which Was in the South Atlantic Starts Tnesday afternoon, has moved north-eastward, with rapidly diminishing pressure, and is now a storm center near the Bay of Fundy. The high barometer ou tire Upper Missouri him extended its influence, eastward, to New York and the South Atlantic coast, bnt is central in Wisconsin. The tem perature has fallen in the Golf States, where the northwest winds are veering to northeast Winds have generally abated on the upper lakes, bnt have backed to the northwest, and increased to brisk In tho middle States. Snow has fallen at most points east of Kentucky and Miohigan, and in New England, and is now reported in Colorado. Tho tem perature has fallen at the Hooky Moun tain stations. The barometer bos risen, with clear weather on the Pacific Coast. Probabilities. Rising barometer, with partially cloudy and pleasant weather, is probable for Thursday over the bikes and Atlantic Coast. The wind is increasing northwest tn New England, but diminishing and veering to north from the lower lakes to North Carolina; easterly winds and threatening weather in the Gulf Statee, and with eloudy weather on the Sonth Atlantio Coast.
