Patrick Mackay, and south by land formedy of
Daniel Cuchbert, and well on land larely vacant.
A Traft of acres, adjoining the above,
bounded easterly partly on the land before menti
oned, and partly on land formerly of Henry Ken*

ly of Ann Graham widow ; with the surplus Con
tained in the said trad, the fame having been re
surveyed by John Douglass, and including
fiver swamp, part of Morton Hall trad. 847 acres.
Two Plantations on a trad called MONTEITH ,
partly in the parjfii of Christ Church and partly in

fereot trads, agreeab:c to the particular fsrvey
thereof, bought and grafted as follows, the whole

Lewis’s Creek, on the weft by land of Samuel
Fulton, on the north by land of John MCulloch,
and on thejeaft by land of Lieut. Robert Baillie.
Another Trad of 237 acres, St. Andrew's parish,
being the fouthermort part of a trad of 500 acres
granted the laid John lYTCulloch adjoining the a
bove trad of 426 acres. The said two traits, on
a resurvey, yere found to contain a surplus of 151
acres. A Trad of ;od acres, granted Samuel
Fulton, St. Andrew’s parish, bounded south by
Lewis’s Creek, on the east by John M Culloch,
on the north by said Samuel Fulton, and on the
weft by John Lewis, being on the Riifer Alata
main ; and on a resurvey was found to contain
within the lines a forplas of 52 acres. A Trad of
87 acres, St. Andrew’s parish, granted Sir James
Wright, bounded wefteriy by James M’Cuiloch,
northerly by Capt. John Grey , eaftorly by Samuel
Fulton, and southerly by Benjamin Lewis. The
whole making 14? 3 acres.
44 Acres lying in the diftrid of Darien, parish
of St. Andrew, being part of ten garden lots to
the east of Darien, from N®. 1 to io, bounded
north weftfey the town common of Darien, south
erly by land of Jonathan Bryan, and on all other
sides by vacant land.
A Trad of t<oo acres, St. David’s parish, on
the south fide of the River Alatarmha, originally
granted Thooias Middleton of South Carolina,
deceased, bounded, at the time of the survey and
grant, to the east ward of Arthur Middleton's land,
to the north on the River Alatannha. and on all
other Tides on lands then vacant. The (aid trad
was fold in confluence of an execut ion or attach

ginally granted Jacob Sbaw for 50 ac r cs, bounded,
at the time of the original survey, on all sides by
vacant land, now found tocontiin 81 acres. A
trad of 1 50 acres, originally granted John Pefkins,
bounded to the east by land of said John Perkins,
and on all other sides by vacant land at the time of
survey. A tiad, originally granted said J >ho
Perkins for 300 acres, bounded to the south by
land of said John Perkins, and on all other fidei by
vacant land, now found only to contain 248-J.
