leather breeches; he is pock-pitted, out mouthed,

him to the {ubferiber, Irish Settlement in Georgia,
(hall receive three guineas.

WHEREAS the-record at large Os the judg

and there it no evidence thereof but by thedoequet
of judgments now in the hands of the Prothonotary
for the year 1774, and an entry m the Provost
Marshal's book the fame year, I do hereby give
police, thatlfhall, on Friday the Ift day of June
next, between the hours of 11 and 1z in the fore
noon, apply to his Honour the Chief Just ice, at
Chambers, for leave to sue out a Writ of Execu
tion, for the sum of 256 k ss. Bd. with cofb of
fait, 265 L 61: jfdz j ah thereof; for balance of
principal and intereit to the said Ift day of June,
with costs of suit, being unfatisfted, on the foun
dation of the docqnet and entry aforefaid, in pur
suance of the regulations in fnch cases lately made
by the said General Court, unless the defendant in
this cause, or his attorney or attornies, or any other
per {on or persons concerned in the premises, (hall,
