section of the third article cf the
Constitution .
HEREAS, the said tenth
ftetion is in the words following :
and Infeiior courts shall be ap
pointed in such manner as the Le
giftature may by law direct, shall
be commillioned by the Governor,
and shall continue in office during
good behaviour j"—For remedy
whereof
BE it enacted by the Senate and
House of Representatives of the state
of Georgia in General Assembly net.

fame day as pointed out by law

And be it further enacted, That

ved of by the Governor, it shall be
come a part of the Constitution of
the Hate of Georgia.
