age Science. The argument against
the report of the committee, that
th is hall w-as cxclufively devoted to
legislation, it w-as Said, would ope
rate with equal force against per
niining divine service to be perfor
med there on Sundays.

petioners or. grounds of equity, but
declaring, because they are barred
by the ilatute of limitations, they
therefore ought not to be granted.

which place (he left the 28th Dec.
