Which leads me to say, judging from
some of the simple and inane com¬

tors, that the pageant in itself is

individual way. The fact that the full
meaning of the pageant doesn’t even
begin to seep through the surface of
his various faculties isn’t the fault
the management. Still, on the other
hand, no one can begin to estimate the
cultural value of such an exhibition
to hundreds of people who have never
before seen anything of its kind.
