1st.
That they desire for themselves, their

a majority vote of the stockholders. Petition

capital to be employed has been paid in.

have been paid on said property by the said

cause of default in the payment of the afore
said notes, pursuant to the terms of said

Said property will be sold subject to a prior
deed to secure debt from George D. Hartley
to the Macon National Bank, securing a prin
cipal indebtedness of $15,000.00, said prior
deed to secure debt being dated August 6, 1924,
